The suicide of yet another student in 2022 brings the total number of deaths attributable to Kota to 15.
Today in Kota, a student who was 16 years old took his own life by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in the room he was staying in at the youth hostel.
Following this most recent tragedy, the total number of student deaths by suicide in Kota for the year is now 15. Aniket, originally from Bareilly in the state of Uttar Pradesh, has been determined to be the student. The Jawahar Nagar police department has begun an additional investigation into the incident.
