According to allegations made by the ED, K Kavitha, the daughter of K Chandrashekhar Rao, was a member of a "South Group" that paid Rs 100 crore to the AAP in order to gain control over the liquor business in Delhi in accordance with the new excise policy, which has since been scrapped. Sharat Chandra Reddy and Magunta Srinivasula Reddy, both members of the YSRCP, make up the other two members of the group.
