Gentlemen Supreme Judges,I have never committed a crime of rebellion because I have never beenup in arms, nor have I told others to do so. I must say that who yes he took up arms is this tyrannical government that has ended my life twenty-eight Peruvian brothers in Andahuaylas, Ayacucho, and other places. In addition to leaving, more than 20 were missing and more than 200 were injured.
I have not committed a crime of conspiracy. Those who have done so are those, from Congress and other institutions, who have been plotting the fall of my Government, through successive requests for presidential vacancy and other ruses.
If my family has had to leave the country and take refuge it is because in Peru, I was running danger, not only their freedom but also their integrity and their own lives. Without. however, I will stay here to face any process because I have the truth from my side.

I have not had access to a phone number to call my family.I ask you, gentlemen supreme judges, to reflect on how this unjust prison that has been imposed on me, has only served to polarize our country, which requires reconciliation on the basis of justice. This whole process and everything that has been done against me, is part of political revenge, orchestrated for having clashed with the interests of groups of economic and media power. Therefore, I ask for the cessation of hatred and to be left in freedom for being my just right.
