He mocked their plan to launch a cruise along the river by saying it was "sailing in a dream." He further pointed out that while they were busy dreaming, the state's rivers had been left to die of pollution. He added that instead of focusing on extravagant projects like cruises, they should work on solving water and sanitation issues.
