Suryakumar Yadav, the star batter for India, became the first Indian player to score a century in 2023 when he scored a century against Sri Lanka in the third T201 match, which took place on Saturday in Rajkot.
The 30-year-old did so in just 45 balls. In the end, Suryakumar scored 112 runs not out off 51 balls to bring India's total to 228 for five after 20 overs. This score is India's fifth highest in the format.
