Workers' Meeting in Panagarh Shilpataluk Calls for Voting and Stopping Miscreants
A workers' meeting was held in Panagarh Shilpataluk on Tuesday, calling on people to cast their votes in the upcoming panchayat elections and to stop miscreants from disrupting the electoral process.
The meeting was led by CPM leader Pankaj Roy Sarkar, who lambasted the Trinamool Congress for "looting" the panchayats. He urged people to vote for the CPM and to ensure that the elections are conducted in a free and fair manner.
"The TMC has been looting the panchayats for years," Roy Sarkar said. "They have used the panchayats as a means to enrich themselves and their cronies. It is time for the people to rise up and stop this looting."
He also warned of miscreants who may try to disrupt the electoral process. "We have seen in the past that the TMC has used goons and musclemen to intimidate voters and to prevent them from casting their votes," he said. "We will not allow this to happen in Panagarh Shilpataluk. We will ensure that everyone who wants to vote is able to do so freely and without fear."
The meeting concluded with a call for people to come together and vote for the CPIM in the upcoming panchayat elections. "We need to unite and defeat the TMC," Roy Sarkar said. "Only then can we bring about real change in bengal villege."
The meeting was attended by a large number of workers and locals, who expressed their support for the CPIM and its call for a free and fair panchayat election.
