In a recent development, popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been granted bail in the assault case that shook social media circles earlier this month. The decision came following a court hearing in Gurugram, where Yadav appeared in connection with the incident involving fellow content creator Saga Takur, known as Maxter.
Yadav took to social media platform X to express his gratitude to his supporters, stating, "Thank you everyone for supporting me. I am happy and healthy." This comes after his recent bail in a separate case related to the supply of snake venom at Rave parties in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The assault case stemmed from a video that surfaced depicting Yadav allegedly beating Saga Takur. Following the incident on March 8th, Takur lodged a complaint against Yadav and others at the Sector 53 police station. The court's decision to grant bail was conveyed to the jail authorities, facilitating Yadav's release.
However, the legal saga for Yadav is not over yet. Uttar Pradesh police are set to produce him in the Gurugram court once again on March 27th. Subsequently, Gurugram police will take him into custody for further questioning.
