Minutes after US President Joe Biden announced his withdrawal from the 2024 race, former President and Republican nominee Donald Trump spoke with CNN over the phone, asserting that Biden will be remembered as “down as the single worst president by far in the history of our country.”
Trump said that he believes Vice President Kamala Harris will be an easier opponent to defeat than Biden would have been.
