Origins of the Initiative
The project began under the leadership of Brigadier Nyeon Hye, who sought to repurpose leftover fabric from school bag production. By transforming these scraps into handbags, the team created an innovative solution that merges environmental consciousness with functional design.

The team produced over 480 handbags, showcasing 26 distinct designs. Their range includes winter bags, mosaic-patterned handbags, cosmetic pouches, computer bags, phone cases, and children’s backpacks. These products were a highlight at the "August 3rd National Exhibition of People's Consumer Goods" in 2023, where they were widely appreciated for their creativity and functionality.
