Hundreds Pay Emotional Tribute to Comrade Yerra Srikanth at Madurai
The passing of Comrade Yerra Srikanth, a devoted member of the CPIM Telangana State Committee, has cast a somber shadow over the XXIV Party Congress in Madurai. Comrade Srikanth suffered a fatal heart attack during the event, leaving his comrades and the party in deep grief.
Hundreds of CPIM workers, leaders, and supporters gathered to bid a heartfelt farewell to the stalwart leader who dedicated his life to the cause of the working class and the party’s principles. The funeral saw an outpouring of emotions as Polit Bureau member Comrade Arun Kumar, Telangana State Secretary Comrade John Wesley, Central Committee members Comrades Tammineni Veerabhadram and M. Saibabu, and CPIM Andhra Pradesh State Secretariat member Comrade Y. Venkateswara Rao paid their respects.
